Sierra is an industrial engineer by trade and has spent the last eight years focusing on lean principles and driving continuous improvement first in the steel industry, and then in the space industry. The highly transferrable tool of 5S (an organizational methodology to eliminate waste and maximize efficiency) started to influence her personal life and provided benefits of reduced costs, increased quality time, and new mental peace and clarity. Sierra's mission is to share her knowledge and organizational skills with others.

Sierra is a professional member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO) and holds certificates in residential organizing, household management, and move management.
